Qualified advice from researchers on all ERC funding lines (Starting, Consolidator, Advanced, Synergy, Proof of Concept) Individual support of ERC application processes, in particular:critical review of application designs and sound content-strategic feedback Advice on strategic positioning of research projects, scientific narratives and CVs

Background research and analysis of current ERC calls, panels and panel-specific expectations Success rates, trends and strategic developments within the ERC

Systematic preparation, analysis and communication of ERC-relevant indicators, success statistics and best practice examples Conception, coordination and further development of an institutional incentive programme to promote ERC applications Training and qualification programmes (e.g. workshops, mock interviews, coaching formats)

Establishment and maintenance of an institutional knowledge pool on ERC evaluation criteria and selection procedures Active cooperation with internal and external actors:

Completed academic studies; a promotion is desirable Knowledge of ERC funding lines, objectives, evaluation criteria and selection processes Multiannual experience in third-party funding, ideally focusing on EU programmes or comparable excellence-oriented funding programmes Very good understanding of assessment and decision-making processes at European level You have very good English skills, both oral and written (at least B2 level after the GER), ideally proven by a certificate. In addition, your knowledge of the German language is complete Ideally, a resilient professional network in the field of research funding or in the European research area Representative consulting, communication and analysis skills and a high service orientation Independent, structured and strategic operation Strong interest in scientific careers and excellence-based research funding
