Production planner with management responsibility (m/f/d)

Planning, control and coordination of daily production processes Implementation of production requirements in close coordination with the management Ensuring economic utilization of personnel, machinery and production lines Professional leadership and guidance of employees in ongoing production Ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene and safety standards Analysis and continuous optimization of existing production processes using Lean methods, CVP or REFA Close cooperation with the fields of technology, logistics and quality management Support in the introduction of new processes and standards

Technical or food engineering training with further training as master or technician or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in production planning or production control, ideally in the food industry. Ideally first experience in professional management or shift management Knowledge of Lean Production, CVP, REFA or comparable methods of process optimization Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented mode of operation Organisational skill and joy in leading people and improving processes sustainably Motivation to take responsibility and to develop into a leading role in the long term.
