As a technical specialist in the building regulations office, you work on the Interface of building law, fire protection and building culture. they carry contributes to secure, legally compliant and sustainable construction projects in Troisdorf.

Your tasks in detail:

• Processing of construction applications and pre-inquiries, in particular for large Special buildings
• Consultation of builders, builders and participants on special buildings

Your profile

• Complete technical and engineering studies (Diplom FH/BA, Bachelor FH/BA/Uni) in Civil Engineering (probably civil engineering) or architecture or competence for the course of the technical Administrative services (running group 2)
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of fire protection Planning, execution or testing of special buildings
