Telephone support for our customers and technicians Planning, organisation and coordination of all installation and commissioning work, as well as service, maintenance and repair work Communication with customers, service technicians, service partners and MIWE specialist departments management and data collection of operations in SAP; Creation of offers Assessment and processing of reporting General correspondence and examination of invoices Support Remote Service Platform for our MIWE refrigeration systems
