Legal Advisor (m/f/d)

Actively shape the future of our educational company! As a lecturer (m/w/d) in the field of law at alfatraining, you work with exciting legal topics about digitalization and education. Bring your legal know-how to make and develop modern learning worlds legally secure! In your new role in alfatraining, the following tasks await you: Advising and supporting management, as well as internal departments with regard to legal issues (e.g. in the fields of contract law, IT law, competition law, tax law) in cooperation with the external specialist law firms Examination, evaluation and co-design of contract documents and legal documents in coordination with the management, the external legal and tax law firms and specialist departments Contract management (monitoring and updating of the contracts of the group of companies) Preparation of opinions on legal matters Creation of decision templates Support in monitoring legal changes and their impact on our business models Close cooperation with the specialist departments in order to implement legal requirements in practice

Successful degree in law, ideally with a focus on the above mentioned area or comparable qualification First relevant practical experiences (e.g. during the Referendariat, in a firm, in‐House or comparable activity) are advantageous, but no prerequisite independent, proactive manner and interest in working in several legal areas and taking responsibility Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing, as well as a very good expressiveness Experience with digital work and collaboration tools is desirable Safe handling of MS Office Teamability, as well as high social competence
