Controller Production Controlling (m/f/d)

Construction and development of a loadable production controller Implementation of nominal actual comparisons, deviation analyses and cost-effectiveness calculations Participation in the determination and monitoring of manufacturing costs and analysis of productivity and efficiency indicators Creation of reports, KPIs and ad hoc analyses Close cooperation with production management and team management in the sense of a business partner approach Support for monthly, quarterly and annual accounts (Interface Accounting) Working with data and reporting structures (currently Excel-based, perspective BI tools)

Complete business studies focusing on controlling, production or finance At least three years of relevant professional experience in the production controlling of a producing company ideally in the middle class Secure handling of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data models); ERP experience of advantage Understanding production processes, production costs and efficiency indicators Their personality: analytically strong, pragmatic personality with experience in production controlling and joy in establishing structures sustainably. Practical, solution-oriented hands-on mentality with pleasure in building and optimization work Strong team and communication, at the same time enforceable in the production environment
