Your responsibility for the cleaning and quality of the cleaning and service services in our object management, motivation and operational planning of the employees:in-one new cleaning staff- Contact person:in for customers and interface between client and team- ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards- Planning, control and optimization of workflows- Material and Ordering

Your profile- Completed training/training to the object manager or comparable qualification desirable- Multiannual leadership responsibility in building cleaning desirable- professional experience in comparable position of advantage- organisational skills, enforcement ability and a high quality awareness as well as a high communication skills- team-oriented, independent, communicative personality with leadership experience- Good German knowledge in word and font driving licence class B
