The unit ''VWAV und Innovations'' is responsible for the joint venture ''Volkswagen Autoversicherung AG'' between the Volkswagen Group and the Allianz Versicherungs-AG. Volkswagen Autoversicherung offers automotive insurance solutions for the various brands of the Volkswagen Group and foreign brands. The main tasks in this unit are, on the one hand, the support and further development of the joint venture with a focus on customer growth and profitable stock expansion and, on the other hand, the further development of the business model in particular through the development of innovative product solutions in the field of data from the vehicle.

Our mission as the Automotive Retail department is to fully accompany customers from the time of car purchase to the use of their vehicle. As a mobility partner, we go beyond traditional insurance cover and offer innovative, forward-looking solutions directly integrated into the vehicle. In addition, we offer our customers tailor-made products and services through the intelligent use of vehicle data at any time of their Auto-Journey.

As Junior Account & Project Manager (m/w/d), you support the joint venture's account management and the further development of our business models in the field of innovation.

In addition to exciting topics and a collegial meeting, we encourage you and your development. During our team you will complete a two-year, professional-integrated Master degree at the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE), the Graduate School for Leadership & Management of Steinbeis High School.

This is what we expect as Junior Account & Project Manager (m/w/d)

Analysis and evaluation of trends, technologies and market developments. Identification of business potentials and market analyses: development and validation of business cases for innovative products and services. Support for the coordination and support of the VWAV Accounts & Portfolio. Developing strategies for customer acquisition and retention, including identifying new target groups and improving sales processes. Continuous improvement and scaling of the business model with the associated processes Support for strategic projects, including E2E management and creation of management/decision templates. Close cooperation and coordination of different stakeholders of the partner VW and within the alliance, as well as care and development of the existing partnership.

You're bringing this as Junior Account & Project Manager (m/w/d)

You have completed your Bachelor's degree with an economic focus with above-average performance. You have gained first experience through internships in the field of consulting, business development or innovation. You bring first knowledge in the field of project management and agile methods. You have pronounced analytical and conceptual skills and draw your attention through entrepreneurial thinking and action. You have knowledge of the further development and optimization of business fields and processes. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders at different levels are part of your profile. High self-motivation and independence, as well as flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment complete your profile. You show openness for creative and innovative solutions as well as joy in dealing with pioneering technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
