Are you passionate about selling high-quality IT security solutions and want to support where specific customer relationships are created from contacts? Then we will be part of our sales service team at our location in Kirchheim near Munich and support our account managers to professionally support customers and actively shape the sales success of Genoa.

As an employee in the Sales Service, you support our account managers in the daily operating business and are an important interface between customers, partners and internal departments. You'll contact customers and partners and follow smaller leads independently You advise customers on simple questions about Genoa products, services and contracts You create offers – also on behalf of other sales staff – and make sales work You are working out independent support and replacement hardware contracts You conduct price negotiations within the prescribed guidelines You create statistics, evaluations and logs for sales support You enter our partners in the daily business You manage the test position pool You agree closely with all sales-relevant interfaces within and outside the department In addition, you include: Care of customer and contact data Care of the internal knowledge database and the partner area Lead recording, e.g. after fairs or events Support for trainees and trainees Active participation in process optimization and organizational adjustments

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification understanding of commercial relationships and processes; Professional experience in the sales service is advantageous Ideal experience with MS Dynamics Ability to flexibly adjust to different interlocutors, as well as good conflictability Structured, solution- and safety-oriented operation Very good time management and high self-organisation Organizational and improvisational talent – even with high work volume you keep an overview A safety-oriented operation Very good German knowledge in word and writing (at least C1) and good English knowledge Behave with us - even if you mean not to be able to fulfill everything that stands here.
