For the location in Meppen we are looking for you as: Customer Service Manager (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) You want to make a Greenfield? Then let us open a completely new European DC site with 50,000m2 in Meppen and introduce your expertise! You will be part of our Operations Support team and are our interface to the customer.

Customer support (B2B): You are the first contact person for our business partners, both in writing and by phone. Problemlöser (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d): Sovereign and solution-oriented processing of complaints, including our ticket system. Order Management: Procurement of offers as well as the professional processing of order and residue processing. Data & documentation: Careful preparation and reprocessing of customer-specific data. Internal coordination: You act as a central communication interface to internal departments (e.g. storage, transport).

Qualification: A completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. Skills: Very good MS Office skills. Languages: flowing German and English skills. Appearance: customer-oriented, sovereign appearance and professional handling of business partners. Mindset: Predictive, service-oriented thinking and acting as well as motivated, independent working.
