We are looking for a motivated and self-employed reinforcement for our regional office in part-time (20-30 hours). Our goal is to help our over 300 member organisations with professional expertise to strengthen their conceptual and economic basis. In order to support the speakers:in the consultation of our member organisations, we are looking for a motivated and self-employed reinforcement for our local office in Potsdam with around 25 employees:in the next possible time (in parttime with 20-30 hours) as:

for the Units Remuneration/Remuneration and Integration Assistance

take over the organizational, administrative and technical support of the units in cooperation with the speakers: you are the cooperative interface management for the associated specialist refining If necessary, you will process complex basic questions in the area of remuneration/deficient, in particular in the case of old age assistance and care as well as in the integration aid (SGB V, IX, XI, XII) create Excel patterns and statistics or evaluate them professionally advise you in consultation with the speakers:inside the member organisations in pay questions take over the organisational preparation of meetings, workshops and events as well as the logging of meetings take over tasks in the daily business incl. Priority, planning and tracking of projects as well as the required office/file management or their updating create questionnaires and newsletters for member organisations and maintain the content on the website

preferably via a bachelor's degree in the business sector and/or in the health and social sectors or alternatively have corresponding competencies safe with the MS Office applications, insbes. Excel and Word, can handle have strong organizational skills, sense of responsibility, independent working and professional service understanding at least three years of professional experience.
