You serve our national and international clients independently and in a solution-oriented manner - from offerings to order processing to Mahnwesen. You create and manage customs and trading documents and ensure the continuous maintenance of all relevant data and documents in our ERP system. You create evaluations, analyze relevant key figures and create transparency for sound decisions. You are in close cooperation with our customers, suppliers and internal departments and ensure a smooth flow of communication and information. You work closely with adjacent departments and actively participate in cross-departmental projects. You identify optimization potentials in existing processes, bring their own ideas to the further development of processes and actively participate in their implementation.
