You are the contact person in second-level support for difficulties related to the operation of IT systems and applications You coordinate the services of service partners and control their services You independently test new hardware and software components and take preventive measures to maintain the operational reliability and functionality of the systems As far as possible, You undertake maintenance and repair work on IT-specific workplace and communication technology You work with the administration and further development of the IT infrastructure
