Expert in operational data protection and organization (m/f/d)

You create basic regulations on data protection, business regulations and BImA's representation system. You are also responsible for the strategic development of the Data Protection Directive. With your expertise, you support the basic area of the data protection organization. You are also responsible for the development, design and disclosure of general and cross-border organisational regulations. In addition, create and develop work and action instructions. We work mobile and flexible. However, on the service post/workplace there are occasional service trips, within the framework of about one to five days per year, also throughout the federal territory. Qualification: You have completed university studies in the field of Business Administration, Administration, Law/Economic Law, Social Sciences (Bachelor or Diploma [FH]) or a comparable qualification. Competences: You have a well-founded knowledge of the legal bases and other regulations for the tasks and operations of BImA. Knowledge of data protection law, in particular the GDPR and the BDSG, will be highlighted. Experience in the implementation of measures at different structured locations as well as in the processing of conceptual and basic questions will be presented. Knowledge and experience of the Federal Personnel Representation Act (BPersVG), Federal Employment Act (BGleiG) and Social Code IX (SGB IX) complete your profile. You have a very good understanding of IT-technical relationships. We require good user knowledge in the Microsoft Office products. Knowledge of SAP and the BSI IT-Grundschutz-Kompendium is desirable.
