At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as an area coordinator:in building cleaning (w/m/d) for DB Services GmbH at the Wuppertal site.

Your tasks:

• As an area coordinator:in building cleaning you are the interface between the:r service area manager:in, clients and employees:in the area of building cleaning
• You are in regular consultation with the clients regarding the delivery of services and complaints
• In this case, you will be involved in the creation of tender documents and performance documentation
• In addition, you will set up time- and quality-based billings of commissioned services
• You ensure efficient resource management, quality management and reporting
• Compliance with the requirements of working, fire and environmental protection, as well as plant controls, is ensured and is carried out by appropriate instructions
• You exercise control obligations, create work instructions and update local policies

Your profile:

• You have completed vocational training in a recognized training profession in crafts, for example as a building cleaner, or a corresponding further training as a master
• Ideally, you already have professional experience in the area of building cleaning or another area of facility management
• In addition to good work organization skills, you will be able to work independently
• In addition, you bring flexibility, communication strength and motivation
• You have good IT skills and a class B driving licence
