For our well-known customer in Haldenwang we are looking for a production assistant (m/w/d) as part of the transfer of employees.

Tasks, competences and responsibility

• Roughing and filling of coating and welding machines for different rollers
• equipping the metering machine and taking the settings
• Manufacture of coated rolls with adhesive and sand
• Manufacture of welded rollers
• Testing and securing the production quality
• cleaning of grinding and welding machines as well as the suction systems
• replacement of wear parts
• compliance with 5S

Requirements

• Professional experience in roll coating
• Experience in handling hazardous materials of advantage
• Quality awareness
• Clean operation
