Head of Water (w/m/d) For the RBS wave GmbH in Stuttgart we are looking for you at the next time as Head of Water (w/m/d). In this key position, you take on the strategic and operational responsibility for our water and wastewater activities and represent the company competently outside our customers and partners.

Your tasks: They take over the independent management of the water sector, which currently consists of four teams in the fields of supply and process technology, wastewater and the environment with a total of 40 employees and continuously develop this They are responsible for the planning and monitoring of demanding and forward-looking drinking water projects In the field of wastewater, you are responsible for the operation of municipal wastewater treatment plants as well as technical engineering services They promote the targeted development of competencies within the teams, focus more on digitalization opportunities to increase efficiency and apply proven and modern project management methods As a member of the Management Board, you work closely with the management as well as the areas of construction planning, energy technology, network management and infrastructure They actively promote the growth strategy of the company and support the overarching achievement of objectives In your role, you represent RBS wave GmbH to customers, in municipal bodies and are responsible for the successful acquisition of new projects

Your profile: You have completed your studies in civil engineering, ideally with the focus on settlement water management or comparable studies Bringing through several years of professional experience in an engineering company She has well-founded practical experience with You already have experience in leading larger teams or an area As a communication-strong personality, you are characterized by a pronounced self-initiative, high target orientation and entrepreneurial thinking They also convince by negotiation skills, enforcement ability and decision-making strength as well as a high sense of responsibility You have a pronounced ''hands-on'' mentality and work in an operating and practical way, especially in project management, where you convince by your implementation strength They possess in-depth knowledge of HOAI and VOB and apply them safely A safe handling of MS Office products is of course for you The property of the driving licence Class B completes your profile
