Customs and Export Manager (m/f/d)

You are responsible for controlling legally compliant import and export processing worldwide You are sure to comply with all customs and foreign policy provisions You prepare customs and external audits on your own and accompany them You work closely with forwarding, customs agents and authorities You test and evaluate international customs and export control regulations (EU foreign trade law, US export law, Asia) The advice of specialist departments and the implementation of internal training are also part of your task.

Your commercial training (e.g. forwarding / logistics, foreign trade, industry) or your studies with a focus on international business, logistics or customs you have successfully completed You have the IHK certificate “customer and export control officer” or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the field of import/export and customs in an industrial company, ideally with experience in hazardous goods logistics and international sanction law, you bring with you You have well-founded knowledge of EU customs and foreign trade law, US export control and Incoterms Professional handling of international customs authorities and the care of global supply chains are familiar to you Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile, further language skills are advantageous
