Order picker with the additional function of deputy shift supervisor (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• In the absence of the shift conductor, they take over the activities of the shift conductor and support the shift conductor in daily working life.
• They are responsible for picking up the goods outlet and thus ensure a fast and proper delivery of our bread and baked goods.
• The receipt of goods, the collection of the goods, the verification of the quality of the goods and the control of the conformity between the goods order and the delivery of goods on the basis of the corresponding shipping documents are your responsibility.
• The goods exit controls based on the warehouse log are carried out by you, ensuring the required quantities and qualities.
• They record the movement of goods in the predetermined electronic system and thus take over the necessary documentation.
• They maintain the hygiene standards.

Your profile:

• They have experience in picking.

• You have a fork certificate.

• Good German language skills (read & write) are necessary.

• They have a high sense of responsibility and quality.

• You have the ability to integrate well into a team and enjoy working on it in a team.

• They have relevant professional experience in logistics and ideally have first leadership experience

• The willingness to shift and weekend work in the 4-shift system, which requires a high degree of flexibility, as well as the will to continue training to advance personally and the company, complete your profile. Our offer:

• An attractive monthly remuneration according to the collective agreement of the German bread and bakery industry between € 3,300 - 3,400, depending on the qualification and professional experience, plus shift allowance and special allowance for the year, with an additional functional allowance being granted for the takeover of the activity of the deputy shift management.
