(Senior) Digital Assets Expert (m/f/d)

The product management & sales department (KMPMV) with 15 employees takes care of the further development of the product spectrum and structured the sales activities of dwpbank in the product and new customer environment. Digital assets develop from the niche theme to the key of participation in ecosystems of the future in securities business and are thus a strategic field of action for the future. As a (senior) expert in digital assets, you take a key position at the interface of strategy, market, specialist areas and customers in this newly created role. You evaluate market developments, shape bank-wide strategic positioning and act as internal and external contacts for digital assets. You act as a market-oriented and strategic expert who creates orientation, provides decision-making bases and prepares the bank and departments for the future of the Digital Assets Infrastructure.

You act as a strategic navigator for digital assets: Observation of market, competition and regulatory developments on digital assets (including tokenisation, crypto values, stable coins, digital securities) with derivation of clear management positions. Establish and maintain a relevant network and cooperation with market participants, FinTechs, infrastructure providers, associations and regulatory stakeholders as well as close contact with customers in the context of joint innovative implementations Translation of external trends into bankable strategies in close coordination with the Executive Board, strategy and regulatory experts for positioning the bank in the market Internal support of the departments in the development and implementation of strategies, positioning and products in the environment of digital assets. Conceptual support for initiatives and use cases from idea to decision-making and support based on strategic market assessment. External contact for customers and associations on Digital Assets Questions and placement of the Bank's product range. You have a successfully completed university degree programme, ideally in the fields of economics, business informatics, computer science or a comparable discipline. Based on your multi-year professional experience, preferably in banking, finance, fintech or a comparable environment, you will bring well-founded experience in the design and development of digital and technology-driven topics and/or products. You have experience in the Digital Assets environment and can fully evaluate and utilize their potential for business models, processes and operational processes. A technical affinity as well as a fundamental understanding of modern IT, data and platform architectures allow you to strategically classify technological issues and formulate sound decision recommendations. We require very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (C1 level) as well as the ability to present complex facts precisely and correctly to address them. You think entrepreneurship, act strategically and combine visionary ideas with a clear view for feasibility and effect. Even in complex or challenging situations, you remain capable of acting, make informed decisions and drive forward issues with endurance and conviction. With your communicative strength and authentic appearance, you will inspire people for digital future topics. You will be able to combine different perspectives, build networks and win executives, teams and stakeholders for common goals. You understand change as a continuous process and actively shape it.
