Your duties

• Telephone and written customer support
• acceptance and further processing of orders
• Processing of customer requests and complaints
• Continuous data management in the system

Our requirements

• completed commercial training or first professional experience in the telephone customer service
• Good MS-Office knowledge, ideal experience with a Goods management system
• Secure knowledge of German in word and writing
• High level of communication skills and team skills
• Hands-on mentality and a solution-oriented method
