About us Responsibility for coating processes, wastewater treatment and continuous improvement In this key role, you take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a specialized production team and ensure the safe, efficient and legally compliant operation of the electroplating. A special focus is on supplying chemicals, wastewater treatment and compliance with environmental regulations. You drive forward the continuous improvement of processes and make an important contribution to quality, sustainability and cost-effectiveness. Your duties Leadership, motivation and further development of the team in the area of responsibility Ensuring quality, delivery reliability and cost-effectiveness of manufacturing processes Responsibility for the legal operation of wastewater treatment and compliance with environmental requirements Planning, control and optimization of resources, resources and budgets Initiation and implementation of lean, quality and efficiency projects including digitization projects Ensuring standard-compliant processes and continuous development of production standards according to ISO requirements Your profile Completed design in the field of surface coating, electroplating or a comparable technical field Qualification at master, technician or comparable levels of advantage Multiannual professional experience in a manufacturing industry environment Experience in the management of employees and the successful management of operational processes Knowledge of Lean Management, Shopfloor Management and Continuous Improvement Methods Impressed communication strength, sense of responsibility and solution-oriented functioning Your Benefit As open as SCHOTT is for your further development, our offer of additional benefits is as extensive.
