You support management with your expertise on current trends, external developments and best practices in supply chain management, focusing on internal logistics and warehouse infrastructure. You recognize and shape complex strategic issues in the team – also beyond classical intralogistics. You shape the development and implementation of innovative projects for process and efficiency improvement in the SCOR process organization (Supply Chain Reference Operations Model). You develop future-oriented scenarios and decision bases, including all relevant factors and stakeholders. You evaluate and integrier new technologies within the internal material flow and use modern methods of project management. You work closely with operating logistics areas, location management, the global process organization and colleagues from the supply chain areas.

A successfully completed study (e.g. business management or business engineering) with a focus on logistics as well as initial practical experience in supply chain management, preferably with a focus on warehouse technology or process optimization in SCM, an internationally operating company or in the project management of a logistics service provider. Joy in introducing you into exciting, interdisciplinary and international projects in a dynamic environment. Your knowledge of methods such as Lean Management, Six Sigma or Change Management will support you. Enthusiasm for cooperation with different internal and external partners. Your ability to win others for common goals, your persuasiveness, and your analytical thinking are yours.
