Industrial foreman assembly processes – new start-ups & process optimisation (m/f/d)

• Implementation of first device and pattern mounting by means of common technologies including the creation and tracking of assembly reviews and teardowns

• Participation in the planning of initial assembly incl. Resource assessment

• Support in the selection of suitable tool for process-proof series assembly with regard to preventive error avoidance

• Participation in the production of factory-wide standardization of assembly workstations as well as assembly aids and accessories

• Participation in projects for the optimization and further development of assembly processes according to Lean points of view

• Support for product development in the sense of design-for-manufacturing (D4M) and digitalization during assembly processes

• Establishment and maintenance of standardized and process-proof screw workstations

• support of the series assembly areas on site as part of troubleshooting and troubleshooting as well as potential analysis

• Complete technical vocational training in the field of mechanics with corresponding additional qualification, e.g. industrial master (m/w/d) or other acquired equivalent knowledge

• Professional experience in manufacturing or manufacturing with connection to the current IT systems desirable

• Practice in handling process or assembly improvements, ideally desirable using common lean approaches

• Structured, independent work organization with high quality standards and reliable coordination in the production and project environment

• Openness for new technologies, digital solutions and further development

• Good English knowledge of word and writing
