You support recruiting across all process steps and ensure a smooth and professional application process. You create and publish job alerts and take over the application management. You coordinate interviews, accompany the communication with applicants and agree appointments with the departments. You support the onboarding of new employees and maintain relevant HR systems. You prepare HR evaluations and presentations and support the team in administrative tasks. You create regular HR reports as well as presentations and prepare them in a clear way according to instructions. The activity takes place during the semester with up to 20 hours per week, in the lecture-free period after consultation in full time.
Study of BWL, Human Resources or Similar and First Experiences in HR Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Secure handling of SAP, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Interest in recruiting and enjoying people and HR topics and administrative tasks Reliable, structured and independent operation as well as communication skills and team orientation
