Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

Partnership building: You identify and win new Assekuradeure (m/w/d) as well as strategic cooperation partners (m/w/d), develop viable embedded insurance models and conduct specific growth initiatives from market analyses. Partner management: You enter into existing partnerships at the highest level, continuously develop cooperations at product, process and technology levels and create a deep understanding of products, interfaces and technical integrations. Control & implementation: You are responsible for the structured internal control of new partner connections, coordinates all relevant stakeholders across the range and proactively accompany cooperations from the first idea to the successful go-live. Strategy & Performance: You prepare sound basis for decision-making for the Management Board and Management, analyze relevant business KPIs and take concrete measures to optimise and scale the partnerships. Contract Management & Governance: You negotiate cooperation and sales agreements, establish clear governance structures and ensure a transparent, professional management of all partner relationships.

Qualification: You have a degree in economics or a comparable qualification with a corresponding further education. Industry experience: You bring multi-year experience in business development within the insurance industry as well as ideally in the context of assekuradeuren (m/w/d), MGA models or platform partnerships. Project and control competence: You are structuring complex projects, keeping track of many stakeholders and conducting targeted projects. Business Mindset: You convince through negotiation security, a strong understanding of relevant business KPIs and entrepreneurial thinking with high self-responsibility. Personality: You communicate confidently, bring your will to design and enjoy building new business areas actively and sustainably.

Remuneration: unlimited contract with 13.6 salaries incl. Holiday and Christmas money, tariff increases and the possibility for special payments.
