Successfully completed studies of insurance, business management, business informatics, economic law or comparable qualifications Alternative insurance-specific training with corresponding professional and academic training Additional qualifications in digitalization, data analytics, AI or transformation management desirable Multiannual experience in damage management, ideal for property insurance First leadership experience or detectable suitability for taking over a leadership task Embossed customer and service orientation High decision and problem-solving competence Safe appearance and pronounced communication and conflictability Ability to develop, motivate and accompany employees through change processes Analytical skills and a sovereign handling of key figures and control instruments High affinity for digitalization, automation and artificial intelligence as well as the ability to derive concrete fields of application and measurable potentials for the damage area Impressed change and implementation skills to translate AI topics into operational everyday life, to take employees and to establish new working methods sustainably Understanding data-based control, process automation and responsible AI usage with respect to quality, traceability, data protection and acceptance No one is perfect and not all career paths are straight.
