Development and creation of master plans for high-tech factory sites with a focus on development, factory logistics, factory traffic and media Participation in early phases of the project: Analysis and assessment of location factors and cooperation in feasibility studies Integration of inventory plans (measurement, savings plans) and identification of media transfer points for development Considering traffic planning, dewatering technology, enrichment-relevant as well as architectural and technical aspects for a holistic master planning Development of concepts for rainwater management, dewatering and thickening taking into account legal requirements (e.g. WHG) Creation and processing of CAD plans (2D/3D) in close cooperation with architecture, structural planning, TGA, reviewers, geology and other disciplines

Complete study in the field of civil engineering, architecture, urban planning, traffic planning or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in master planning or location development, ideally in the industrial environment Knowledge of plant logistics, development planning and drainage and thickening concepts Safe handling of CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D), ideally also GIS systems Structured, solution-oriented and team-oriented working with pleasure in interdisciplinary cooperation Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Willingness to project-dependent travel in Germany and abroad
