Implementation of tenders, awards and implementation of the acceptance and billing of BIS programmes and/or complex reactive construction measures as well as selected complex measures from decision-making conferences (according to RIL 814) on engineering structures Conducting Life Cycle Cost considerations and taking into account the amp model values, specifications and investpriorization in early planning phases Implementation and control of monitoring on the status of measures and quality assurance of BIS programmes and/or complex measures in the field of competence Monitoring the requirements for costs, dates and qualities and using all technical frameworks and standards Advising the regional area and railway management with regard to all aspects of BIS programmes and/or complex measures

Your profile:

Complete study in the field of civil engineering/architecture or a master/technician or comparable training High level of self-sufficiency, sense of responsibility, self-initiative, flexibility and resilience, capacity for analytical thinking and structured work, pronounced problem-solving competence, team skills and communication skills In addition, you are a solution finder:in, think customer-oriented and, with your persuasiveness and implementation skills, always focus on project success You have very good knowledge of job-related IT applications such as MS Office
