HSE control: You are responsible for Health, Safety & Environment for a production site with around 100 employees and ensure compliance with legal requirements, internal standards and effective prevention measures. Security culture: Together with executives and employees, you are actively driving risk assessments, causes analyses and measures to prevent work accidents – with a high presence in the shopfloor. Quality management: You develop quality management strategically, strengthen sustainable quality standards and support your team in complaint and quality issues. Leadership: You lead and develop the QHSE team, promote cooperation and create an environment in which responsibility and security awareness are lived. Audits & Compliance: Internal audits control you autonomously, external audits and certifications accompany you in close cooperation with customers, suppliers, authorities and professional associations. Leadership: As a member of the location management team, you are actively involved in operational and strategic decisions and are a model for ownership, leadership and security culture.

Experience: You have several years of professional experience in the HSE environment of an industrial production site and have ideally already gained leadership experience. Qualification: A study in the field of engineering, safety, environmental or quality management or a comparable qualification will be provided. Expertise: You have well-founded knowledge in the areas of occupational safety, health and environmental management – ideally in a production environment. Close to practice: You like to work close to people and in the operating environment and understand how to develop pragmatic solutions together with teams. Working methods: Analytical thinking, a structured handling of risks, audits and compliance issues, as well as a hand-on mentality. Communication: You communicate in German and safely in English (min. B2) and convince with clarity, presence and positive leadership.
