You are also responsible for the organisation-wide development and sustainable anchoring of digital documentation solutions (e.g. Microsoft SharePoint) and accompanying their use across all business areas You are involved in research, design and further development of new functions and solutions for knowledge management You identify and evaluate potentials for improvement and are always in exchange with interdisciplinary teams consisting of Business & IT You support international support, ticket processing, and user advice in the application of our documentation products When creating framework conditions and guidelines (Governance and Compliance) you can work with You like to travel? Combining Business & IT requires a direct insight into the relevant personas and offers the opportunity to visit branches and internal customers
