Tasks

• You judge, wait and optimierst IT systems and networks
• You process technical enquiries and take care of troubleshooting IT problems
• You're puggling servers, databases and jobs and making sure everything goes smoothly
• You document IT processes, disruptions and solutions in the system
• You work closely with other departments to develop and implement IT solutions

Requirements

• A completed training in IT or a comparable qualification
• Experience in dealing with IT systems and network technologies is a must if you do not bring formal training
• You have good German skills in word and writing
• You work reliably, carefully and independently
