Training management (all gender)

For our Faber-Castell Aktiengesellschaft in Stein, we are looking for a training management (all gender) in part-time (about 25 h/week) as part of a parental leave from August 2025.

Task contents

• Ensuring as well as further development of internal vocational training and promotion (commercial training, dual courses, trainee programs)
• Support for the organisation and implementation of industrial and technical training courses
• Participation in the further development of education and university marketing in close coordination with our HR Employer Branding (e.g. Social Media, Events) and People Development Team
• Recruitment and support of trainees, interns and work students
• Contact Care to Professional and Higher Education
• Advising the specialist areas in takeover processes and new or adapted training occupations or requirements
• Creation of certificates, statistics and reporting on training
• Working with exciting HR projects and our (global) HR strategy

Requirements profile

• Study of (economic)pedagogy or business management with a focus on human resources or comparable study
• First relevant professional experience in the field of human resources in the industrial environment in the field of education and training
• Good vocational education and training IHK
• Good knowledge of labour and labour law
• First knowledge of operational personnel development
• Good English knowledge of word and writing
• Very good MS Office knowledge and SAP knowledge desired
• Safe and binding appearance as well as pronounced communication and presentation skills
• Organisational design, trustworthiness, resilience and flexibility
