These are your tasks Sustainability management: You support the implementation and further development of sustainability. Area support & networking: In the case of implementation topics in the field of sustainability, you accompany the specialist areas and promote awareness and networking of relevant business areas. Sustainability: The sustainability target is updated by you and coordinated with the business strategy. Report refund & analysis: The annual materiality analysis as well as the non-financial group report are prepared and prepared by you in consultation with the departments. Project management & special tasks: You work independently on project management and special topics, mainly in the field of sustainability and bring your expertise and solution competence.

We wish you Technical foundation: An apprenticeship as a business economist:in, Sparkassenbetriebswirt:in or a completed business or economic studies provides the basis for your entry. Experience: First practical experiences in sustainability management, ideally in the context of a credit institution, an auditing company or insurance, are a useful addition. Commercial control competence: Economic understanding, structured prioritization as well as secure project control and control form the basis of your working methods. Working & Analystability: Structured, analytical work as well as the self-motivation for independent incorporation into new topics are your strengths. Personal competence: Their mode of operation is characterized by a service provider's position, solution orientation, and communicative strength in cooperation with interfaces.
