As a transmission system operator, we secure the power supply for around eleven million people in Baden-Württemberg. We create the infrastructure for the energy transition by maintaining, optimizing and expanding the high-voltage network according to needs. The “Operative Asset Management” has the role of TransnetBW’s internal client for network projects. For this purpose, the regional target network necessary for the implementation of the energy transition in Baden-Württemberg, necessary intermediate networks, renewal requirements of our transmission network and further measures in the existing network are planned. These plans are incorporated into long-term concepts for the development of the substations and management systems and are transferred to projects. You have a firm look at the asset life cycle and develop the TransnetBW asset management system. You control and edit technical topics in Operational Asset Management. You identify process and technical improvements along the asset life cycle thanks to their broad know-how, analyze the in- and output of individual process steps and accompany the implementation of adjustments. You vote your approaches across departments, moderate change processes and make decisions. You ensure a continuous documentation of the goals, processes and controlling documents and act as a central respondent to the asset management system.

You have a technical university degree and comprehensive knowledge of the relationships in the life cycle of network assets. You have industry experience in the field of energy networks and asset management. You are characterized by their ability to analyze complex and cross-disciplinary relationships, to bring them together properly and to communicate. You can use your broad technical and methodological knowledge in a targeted and practical manner and have already developed change processes. You have a class B driving licence, bring good English skills and the willingness to participate in occasional business trips.
