Station 03 is a general psychiatric station with a differentiated supply range and comprises a closed area with 13 treatment sites as well as an open area with 14 treatment sites. The therapeutic focus is on the treatment of bipolar affective disorders, anxiety disorders, artificial disorders and temporary psychotic episodes. Our team is dedicated and professionally broad and together we develop innovative care and relationship concepts that address the individual needs of the patients and sustainably support their recovery process.

Management, technical management and organisation of the station in close cooperation with the nursing director Operational control of station sequences including recording, occupancy and dismissal management Staff deployment, service and holiday planning as well as incorporation and targeted development of employees Ensuring the quality, efficiency and performance of care through analysis and optimization of structures and processes Ensuring holistic care and professional communication with patients, relatives and employees

Completed training as health and nursing staff Nursing specialist / nursing professional with several years of professional experience in psychiatry Qualification for station management, e.g. by studying in nursing/health management or a corresponding training as well as leadership experience Secure computer skills Representative leadership, organisation and moderation skills and skills in the leadership of employees Legally necessary evidence of immunization against measles
