You have a talent to inspire with communication? We will then carry out tasks of press and stakeholder communication, lead control, CRM and media, and brand management. You are actively involved in operating activities in the customer experience and, together with us, continue to increase customer satisfaction. You analyze qualitative and quantitative customer feedback and determine CX key figures (like NPS). You take care of the preparation of feedback, reporting and analysis as well as the creation of presentations. You are involved in relevant meetings and introduce your own ideas.

Ideally, an ongoing study, preferably in the field of psychology/sociology or communication or Business science, and enthusiasm for customer experience. Best first experience in customer experience management. Self-employed, structured and reliable working methods as well as fun in cross-departmental communication and team work. Safe handling of current MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing. An internship period of at least five months is important to us – also for longer.
