Be part of our global team: You make the difference – YOU MAKE US The Customer Services & Parts division is responsible for the worldwide service and parts business for Mercedes-Benz Trucks. Within the area, our Customer Assistance Team is responsible for supporting our customers: both in the case of a vehicle panel and in all support requests and for a quick solution. To this end, we act as a central contact partner together with our global service organization to always provide the best service for our customers and make a significant contribution to customer satisfaction. Your tasks

• Support for benchmarking and selection of future global service providers • Participation in implementing new customer assistance services support concepts • Active cooperation in developing an audit concept to ensure compliance with contractual agreements by service providers • Support for the control of service providers by means of contractual agreements and derivation and follow-up of performance deviation measures • Pre- and post-processing as well as participation in consultations with international service providers, subsidiaries and importers • Support for administrative tasks within the team

Qualifications

• Study of economics, economics or a comparable degree programme • German and English knowledge in word and writing • Safe handling of M365 (especially Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Teams) • Team skills and fun at work in an international environment Additional information: Of course, without formalities, we are not.
