Operations Manager for our Fresh Logistics (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the logistics area of our 0 - 2 °C fresh warehouse – incl. Incoming goods, storage, picking and goods You guide your team both professionally and disciplinefully, develop executives and promote a performance-oriented, motivated work culture You ensure a stable, efficient and trouble-free run of all logistic processes – even under high utilisation and time pressure Analysis and optimization of existing processes, in particular in interaction with our automated systems Responsible for the compliance and further development of strict quality and hygiene standards, especially in the handling of sensitive fresh products You actively work with key figures (KPIs), identify potential for improvement and guide specific measures to increase efficiency and reduce costs You contribute to automation, digitization and innovation projects and actively shape the further development of the site You report to the branch management and are an important savings partner at operational and strategic level

Complete studies in logistics, business management, supply chain management or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in a comparable role, ideally in the field of food or fresh logistics You have leadership skills and a strong understanding of end-to-end processes, ideally including temperature-controlled storage and hygiene requirements Structured, analytical and solution-oriented mode of operation, even in challenging situations You are strong in communication, enforceable and understand how to moderate different interests at interfaces You have the pleasure of actively shaping changes and leading teams through development
