Participation in the implementation and continuous further development of the internal communication strategy Promoting an open, dialogue-oriented flow of information between management and employees Creation, support and further development of content for ZAbridge, employee magazine, newsletters and multimedia formats Planning and editorial support of internal communication formats and channels Conception, planning and implementation of internal events and exchange formats such as Townhall meetings or Q&A sessions Analysis of communication measures, creation of reports and observation of relevant trends

Successfully completed studies or comparable training in the field of communication, media or business Multiannual professional experience in marketing, corporate communication, community or social meida management Enthusiasm for communication and affinity for digital tools and their continuous development Excellent communicative skills as well as a high degree of self-responsibility, flexibility and self-employment Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
