You lead the dedicated travel agency team in Bielefeld, are responsible for personnel deployment planning and enrich the team through your experience. You develop concepts for customer acquisition and coordinate them for the entire Regionalclub Ostwestfalen-Lippe e. V. With commitment and expertise, you can travel to global holiday destinations that are perfectly matched to the individual wishes and needs of our customers. To do this, you will provide our members and customers with ADAC membership, membership services and questions about mobility.

Your training to/from travel or You have successfully completed your tourism business. It is desirable to study as a tourism businessman or IHK further education as a specialist. Extensive expertise, product and target area skills are yours. You have a multi-year experience in active sales in the travel agency and have been able to gain first leadership experience. You continuously develop the controlling in the travel area for all business units in East Westphalia-Lippe and introduce entrepreneurial thinking. Joy in dealing with people as well as service- and at the same time sales-oriented action is what distinguishes you. You are familiar with the common booking and sales systems, such as AMADEUS, Bistro and ideally with MIDOCO.
