Responsibility for the strategic development of the company-wide data, analysis and governance landscape of energy and water supply as well as of the network company (EWP/NGP). Building and continuous development of a modern data and analysis ecosystem to support data-based business decisions. Development of company-wide standards, target architectures and governance structures for a consistent and sustainable data base. Conception and control of data, reporting, business intelligence and analytics initiatives to implement the corporate strategy. Ensuring data quality, transparency and traceability across different business areas. Advising management in data-strategic issues and identifying new data-driven potentials. Technical control of cross-disciplinary projects and coordination of stakeholders and further development of relevant data and analysis systems in the key user function. Active compilation of data strategy and continuous optimization of data processes and system landscapes.

Qualification: Successfully completed studies in business informatics, computer science, energy management or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience. Professional experience: Relevant experience in the development and implementation of data strategies and in the construction of governance structures. Competences: Strategic and analytical action, data affinity and interest in clarifying complex relationships. An independent and solution-oriented way of working, combined with communication skills, self-initiative and joy in the design of change processes, distinguishes you. You are convinced by a sovereign appearance in cooperation with departments and management as well as the willingness to bring together different interests. Expertise: Knowledge of data models, databases and system architectures as well as experience in the development of reporting, BI and analytics solutions. A good understanding of commercial processes, regulatory requirements and data-based corporate governance, as well as a safe handling of modern data governance and data quality concepts complete your profile.
