Structured planning, processing and documentation of IT projects Support in the comprehensive management of IT projects, including scheduling, resource calculation, progress monitoring and quality control Construction, maintenance and further development of a structured IT documentation (e.g. system and architecture documentation, operating manuals, interface descriptions) Creation, maintenance and quality assurance of emergency, restart and disaster recovery concepts Development, maintenance and implementation of guidelines and standards in the field of IT governance, IT compliance and IT security Support in implementing regulatory requirements, monitoring internal and external audits and certifications Quality assurance and continuous improvement User support and knowledge transfer, e.g. training, creation of work instructions and best practice documents for handling IT systems Support of technical specialist teams in faults and errors, including fault and cause analysis, error identification and troubleshooting and structured documentation

Complete study with IT reference or a comparable qualification, for example completed training as a specialist for system integration with corresponding professional experience The activity consists predominantly of independent tasks with high structural and quality standards and project-related coordination tasks Understanding regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR, NIS2, DORA, AI Act) or the willingness to work into these topics Basic understanding of modern IT infrastructures (cloud, on-premises, virtualization, servers and networks) to be able to classify and document technical content Experience in the creation, structuring and maintenance of technical documentation and in the project organization Safe handling of office and collaboration tools and ideally experience with ticket and project management systems Very good knowledge of German in word and writing, as well as the ability to formulate complex technical and organizational relationships clearly and precisely Good English knowledge of word and writing Structured, independent, careful and conceptually powerful High affinity for documentation, order, quality and process clarity Willingness to take responsibility for defined work packages and subprojects Analytical thinking, self-motivation and a pronounced quality claim Team spirit, communication strength and service-oriented appearance The following knowledge and skills are also advantageous: Experience in creating disaster recovery scenarios, emergency manuals and recovery plans Basic understanding of IT security requirements, network security and cybersecurity First touch points with automation and use of AI tools to support business processes Understanding network bases (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, Segmentation etc.) Experience in dealing with regulatory requirements and audits
