These challenges await you with us:

• You enter and export registrations in the customs system ZODIAK GE (DAKOSY) on behalf of customers
• You are responsible for a thorough examination of the documents submitted by the customer for completeness and accuracy
• In addition, you are responsible for carrying out active order monitoring and deriving measures in the event of discrepancies, such as remittances by the customs authority,
• System-assisted, you will provide a continuous internal master database with customs-related material data
• You use modern IT functions to support order processing
• You communicate with customers at various locations, customs authorities and service providers in Germany and abroad
• In the context of internal and external quality assurance, you carry out random checks on customs applications (post entry audits)
• You'll start billing in Cargo Wise One (CW1)
• If necessary, you will participate in Business Review meetings with the customer and take care of the preparation and preparation

• Completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services, studies in logistics or adequate training incl. Professional experience
