Responsibility for medical controlling and leading the team professionally and organizationally Develop documentation and coding processes and ensure a correct, reliable DRG coding Control MD Management and Professional Monitoring analyse performance and revenue data and derive measures for revenue optimization, budget discussions and projects Advise specialist departments and carry out training on documentation and coding Promote interdisciplinary cooperation and contribute to continuous quality improvement in the clinic network

Graduate in the field of medicine, health economics, health management or comparable degree Multiannual experience in medical controlling, ideally with leadership responsibility Knowledge in the DRG system, the German Code Directives and the relevant legal requirements Routine in dealing with clinical information systems as well as pronounced understanding of processes and digitization Communication strength, analytical thinking and sovereign occurrence vis-à-vis different occupational groups
