Completed vocational training and/or studies in the hotel industry Some years of professional and leadership experience in this or similar position Multiannual experience in the R&B sector Enforceability and Sensitivity entrepreneurial thinking high quality awareness and service orientation economic thinking excellent host qualities very good knowledge of German and English
