We are looking for you in full or part-time as a personnel officer (m/w/x).

Fee billing: together in the team, you carry out the monthly pay bill for the employees of the expert headquarters Personnel administration: from contracting and certification to reporting and certification to occupational retirement First contact point: Around the employment relationship, you are kind to the side of the staff with questions and concerns Evaluations: in Excel, you create evaluations and model calculations

You have completed commercial training, ideally with further training in the field of personnel. You have very good knowledge of pay accounting and good knowledge of labour law. Extensive experience in human resources including time recording. You control MS Office applications (especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). You are characterized by service orientation, a high degree of sense of responsibility and joy in dealing with people.
