Creating fascinating: Your Tasks Creation, maintenance and continuous optimization of work plans, work sequences and manufacturing processes Analysis and design of efficient production processes in the areas of production Participation in building and implementing an ERP system with a focus on production and production processes Definition, structuring and maintenance of production-relevant master and movement data Development and standardization of production processes, working methods and process standards Support in the introduction of new manufacturing technologies and production processes Introduction, analysis and sustainable solution of technical and organisational problems in production Implementation of time recordings and determination of production and planning times deriving and implementing measures to increase productivity and optimize costs Working with investment, digitization and automation projects Support in building future automated and robot-assisted welding processes Close cooperation with production, production planning, quality assurance and other internal interfaces

Bringing strengths: your qualifications Successfully completed technical training, preferably in the field of steel construction, metal construction, construction mechanics or a comparable field Continuing training for master or technician desirable Professional experience in working planning, work preparation, production control or production of an industrial company Good knowledge of production Experience in reading technical drawings Knowledge in handling ERP systems, ideally first experiences with ERP inputs or master data structures Safe handling of MS Office applications REFA knowledge of advantage Analytical thinkability as well as pronounced process and solution orientation Communication strength and the ability to actively drive changes Self-employed, structured and responsible work
