independent processing and preparation of notarial documents and processes Preparation of complaints as well as care of the participants in advance and afterward Creation of cost calculations and processing of notarial fees Correspondence with clients, courts, authorities, banks and other parties Organisation of appointments and general administrative tasks in the Notariat

Completed training as notary staff or comparable qualification Ideally, first professional experience in an emergency room Safe handling of popular MS Office applications and ideally notariat software Good knowledge of German in word and writing
