IT Architect with a focus on healthcare (m/w/d)

As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,000 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. Together with us, you are worried about the future digital capability of the Bundeswehr. Senior Consultant (m/w/d) from now on and in full time at one of our BWI locations, home office possible. The Customer Solution Unit GesVersBw is responsible for the projects and projects of the BWI for the health care of the Bundeswehr. We take over tasks along the entire value chain, from the new and further development of technical requirements with the user organization to the operation of the developed solutions. The aim is to support the entire range of medical care of our soldier with modern IT. The Customer Demand and Architecture team supports the medical service of the Bundeswehr to derive and formulate IT requirements for the health care of the Bundeswehr (GesVersBw) in a structured manner from an overall view. Our technical knowledge and architecture models according to NAFv4 are important means of fulfilling this task. With the IT architect, we are looking for a highly conceptual architect who optimises and models the customer's IT architecture.

Systematic collection of customer requirements (technical and technical) according to methodological specifications

Implementation of workshops with internal and customer-side stakeholders to clarify technical requirements

Development, analysis, optimization and modelling of business processes as well as service and IT architectures of healthcare in customer-side business architecture

Participation in the creation of customer-side project documents

Coordination of (partial) projects in the field of process analysis and request collection

Close customer and user interaction including consulting the key stakeholders

Continuous training on digitalisation measures and themes of military and civil health care

Successfully completed university studies in the field of IT or in the field of health care 2 years of professional experience in IT or healthcare

Representative knowledge of IT, preferably in the field of requirements engineering and applications

Multiannual experience in requirements analysis or as IT architect in projects on integration, adaptation or introduction of applications

Expertise in the project management of IT projects

High result orientation, decision-making, strategic thinking combined with a pronounced customer orientation

Very good communication skills and team skills combined with the ability to implement decisions

Flowing German knowledge in word and writing as well as good English knowledge

Ready to travel (about 30%)
